Yes, it's an export surplus market so they basically sell clothes that are rejected to be exported (usually because one or a few of the items in the entire consignment might have a defect).
You paid so much for each and every item! You really need to sharpen those bargaining skills babe! But your choice of items is classy and the video is great too.. :)

I think you'll be fine as long as you speak numbers. Just quote your price and walk away if they don't agree. That usually works.
