Girl, if Ryan is having trouble with his back, I would 100% recommend dry needling - don't know if they have it in the states. I had a really bad car crash and injured my back and I swear to god its done better things than any drugs or any other therapies I've had!
Ah don't use the swifter wet jet anymore, the chemicals in it are so bad for dogs! I started just using diluted vinegar with whatever essential oil to clean my floors. And the "bona" works wonders for sweeping.

I have always had redness on my skin (face) on my otherwise cool skintone. Not painfll, just red, but still have felt more confident with foundation on. But I switched to skin products from The Body Shop, about 6 months ago, and my redness problem is gone. These Products have 99 % Natural ingredients and I guess that is key. Just a tip :)
