As a packers fan your take on the game is great. I’m hoping for an upset but not expecting it. They’re young so they’ll be hungry but there will be a lot of mistakes too. Joe Barry is terrible and it’s gonna be tough to stop the Dallas offense.

As a fellow Packer fan if we can stop the run and get pressure on Dak I believe that GB can hang with the Cowboys. I think we can beat them. They’ve always been an underdog and the Cowboys have struggled against heavy run teams this year.

The only significant player who might be out for Lions is LaPorta. Most everyone else is good to go, I know Brian Branch and St.Brown got banged up but came back and were fine. Also Lions are gonna beat the Rams, run through Cowboys and prove they got jobbed couple weeks ago and run through the 49ers to a Superbowl rematch against the Ravens and prove the game earlier this year was a fluke.
Dallas dominated that whole game and they got fucked with a tripping penalty that was called against them which would have ended the game making the 2 point irrelevant. If CD doesn't fumble in the endzone it's a double digit win anyways. Dallas is much better team then Detroit.

It looks a lot like the final standings. i.e. if you have a great regular season track record, you will do well in the playoffs. Except that rarely happens. What we need is the analytical insights from a sports fan who can explain why teams will exceed expectations (or underperform). Just saying the team was 13-3 will beat the team with 11-5 in the playoffs is kinda, yeah but…
Also Purdy is not a check down machine. Watch QB School videos on him with JT O’Sullivan. He does a great job highlighting how Purdy usually tries to take the mid to deep passes even forcing it sometimes rather than checking it down when he should, and that being a thing he can actually do more, and I agree. That’s why he threw 4 picks against the Ravens. He kept trying to force it rather than check it down.
yeah i’m a cowboys fan too and i totally agree, i would LOVE to see cowboys v rams in dallas i truly think we could make the super bowl there and if not it would be a tight and entertaining game for sure, i don’t think we beat the ravens but it also would be a fantastic game. however, playing san fran in san fran as much as i am not a fan of the niners, they got us. i do think baltimore would beat them in the super bowl though tbh i think baltimores winning no matter who they play which i’m happy with the ravens are my 3rd. great bracket!
