Elite Dangerous | NPC's Irrational Hostility Case 1

I thought about NPC's irrational hostility in battle for defending megaship or installation.
In my experience, I feel that friendly fire between NPCs is one of the causes, as it happens even when I am not firing any shots and watching the NPC's fight.
But it is difficult to control the scene.
