- In today’s episode, People of Bangtao, I’m going to walk you through the whole gym. See everything we got from Mma area, over Muay Thai, the Ringside Cafe, Bangtao Fitness and as a special watch Tim knocking out is opponent.

Bangtao area has a big Muslim community. The area offers a lot of halal food options.
At our Ringside cafe we do offer vegan and vegetarian food.

I did muay thai and k1 for 2 years and im planning to come to this gym for an entire year ( education visa ) to train bjj /muay thai and mma how much will these cost and the trainning progarm

You can come and train with us. Atm we have no accommodations at the camp but a lot of hotels around the area 👌
