This guide is what I used when I was leveling my Cooking so it's all from my experience. These recipes were the easiest for me. I hope this guide can help you in leveling your Cooking and unlock Fancy Pet Food ^o^
PS: I apologize for the sick editing and fast transitions, this isn't really my thing. But I'm here to share information and not to be fancy, so yeah.

I unlock it but i can only produce 1x fpf how can i make it 2x-3x fpf
U need to use success set, prod ticket (from gm neints), and drink wind drink when making fpf. Plus, if ur cooking lvl is higher u can get 2-3x
Cooking Success Set is
Fuguhiki Knife Sturm
Chainmail x2 Sturm
Failwind Celawinos
Production Book/Cooking Charm
Using Wind Drink will give u melee+10% to water so more success chance
