How do you produce 99 times all at once? Sometimes im given the option but sometimes it doesn’t appear.

This is the Meister skill, available to Alchemist, it depends on the level of your production in relation to what you have already learned (low production levels). Productions that you have learned for a long time and no get more exp, you can do at once.

You would have to ask it to anyone who has Cap production, my production isn't Cap yet and I'm more focused on leveling production at the moment.

This skill you can get with Quest on NPC Vafardo (Capital City Elban). You will need make production items and colect items in monsters.

Meister should be skill level 320.
