Damn. You know, I keep thinking we would never had had a chance to listen to conversations lie this if it wasn't for the internet. The nonsense content the mainstream media has been serving us in the name of 'interviews' can't come close to this. Good job Dr. Kingori.
I adore the professional approach in American criminal investigation ,where even cold cases are pursued for over 30 years to provide justice. Kenya is different. Money and undue influence frequently frustrates cases.
really insightful, I agree on most explanations here as an equal profession. the chronology of an inquest is always definitely pegged on defined procedure and a burden of proof for culpability beyond reasonable to pass through a criminal justice process.
Dr. King'ori, I really enjoy your shows, but I’d like to share my thoughts. From Hosea's segment, I’ve realized something: in Kenya, it seems possible to commit numerous murders and go undetected or unsolved. Here's why I say that Hosea mentioned that you must provide tangible proof to convince prosecutors and judges that the alleged suspect is indeed the murderer. This explains why our detectives rarely crack murder cases or solve cold cases. A prime example is the Musando case. It’s not even a decade old, yet it’s already gone cold. I often find myself questioning how detectives handle such crimes. Take the Yala River murders for instance DCI collected evidence, as they always do, but you never hear about arrests. This leads me to believe that both government and private detectives still need significant training, especially in crime scene management. Dr. King'ori, I suggest watching *First 48*, and you’ll understand where I’m coming from.
The lady killed at Uhuru Park was engaging in intimacy with her nephew in the car when they were killed. When the police officers knocked on the window, they became embarassed and the boy jumped into the driver's seat and tried to drive off. And the cops opened fire
There is no perfect crime...there is always something left behind by the criminal (Mistake)...that eventually leads top investigators and criminologists to the perpetrator
That incident involved an aunt and a nephew in a tilted car. The guy drove off while the police insisted wafungue dirisha. It's said somewhere that the nephew had an affair with the aunt, hence the hesitation to open the window and the careless take off, prompting police shoot out.
He starts off by saying he equates rape with … “murder “. Not the victim that has to live their life with PTSD no for the accused… Talk about looking at crime for the wellbeing of the criminal, that’s called sexist bias. He didn’t say that about any other crime but rape.

Justice is really expensive
Justice is not for the poor
Justice is just a verb
Justice can also be unjust
That City Park story is on ‘silent shadows’ a Kenyan crime story channel. That case was very interesting to say the least
Indeed,Kenyans should understand how effective PRIVATE INVESTIGATIONS IS.
The lady killed at Uhuru Park was engaging in intimacy with her nephew in the car when they were killed. When the police officers knocked on the window, they became embarassed and the boy jumped into the driver's seat and tried to drive off. And the cops opened fire

Forensic science should be fully utilized to solve so many un solved crimes in this country and to give justice to falsely accused victims
