The dude's getting the guts of 10 million views per week across channels (with content skewing long, for audiences skewing western & educated - so his CPM cant be terrible). In short: This dude's running a multi-million dollar business from his home with functionally zero overheads. It would be crazy if he didn't have a staff at this point. TH-cam does have schedule upload functionality - but it's common to still have someone online making sure they get uploaded OK & monitoring the retention rates/tweaking the thumbnails/titles a little.... and it's common to hire people so their time-zones support this kind of work.

Using an engine, the endgame there is a draw because although white has pawn advantages on both sides of the board, black can attack the pawn or the king for as long as the king is not in front of the pawn, blocking it. That means that white will never be able to make progress on that side of the board. The black rook is also able to protect the A-file if white chooses to push that pawn while their king is on h8, blocking the h7 pawn, because the rook has the freedom to move to that file and attack the pawn. The king has to be on h8 to try any attacks because otherwise the king or the H-file pawn can be attacked and black will still have enough time to protect the A-file after taking the pawn on the H-file.

And by that alone we can induce that there are people who out of trillion of reasons can't often, or can not at all attend FIDE sanctioned tournaments with an entry fee, and hence end up with inaccurate ratings or not rated at all, who can play at an exceptionally high level (GM or above) in all time formats. I have also known of marvelous players who intentionally throw games out of rebelion against family pressure, depression, anxiety, mood disorders and other mental illnesses, school and peer pressure, getting bullied into throwing because the opponent's family can legally ruin their life a portion of their life, etc etc. I, myself, have faced countless of cheaters and am top detector of cheaters, and just like some players are better at chess, some are better at cheat detection too, so sometimes a bad cheat-detector word is taken more seriously because they are famous chess streamer and few non-cheaters get banned, and sometimes the word of a good cheat-detector is not taken into account because they aren't a famous chess streamer so quite a few cheaters go unpunished, unfortunately.
