You are missing some crucial parts on your wheelchair. Who uses a wheelchair? Someone that has no feelings in their legs or missing a limb. They can’t prop their feet up on the rails like that, they need somewhere to put their feet and you’re missing that on your chair. That’s one thing that’s missing or isn’t right. There’s many other things that’s wrong or missing from the chair, it’s not restored or useable they way it is. Your job is incomplete therefore not done or restored. Finish your project or don’t start it at all.
