Homes are very cheap In West Virginia compared to north virginia i have to many friends they living in West Virginia and working in leesburg its 25 minutes drive .

What do you think of Beazer new construction homes in herndon VA?

Its solid. It's a smaller community with no amenities but if you work in the Reston/Herndon area than it works.

The metro tax on new residential houses is a deterrent.
