FOWEY, Cornwall | 4K Narrated Walking Tour | Let's Walk 2023

Join me for a walk around the heart of one of Cornwall's most popular towns: Fowey! Nestled on the banks of the River Fowey, this holiday favourite is home to a rich heritage - for centuries it was the most important port on Cornwall's south coast, greeting overseas trade, pilgrims and more - and also falling victim to a number of raids from across the English Channel.
On our walk around Fowey, we pass lots of interesting landmarks, including Fowey Harbour, the River Fowey, the Rook with a Book Statue, Town Quay, The King of Prussia Pub, Fowey Aquarium, Fowey Museum & Town Hall, The Ship Inn, Fowey Parish Church (St. Fimbarrus' Church), Fore Street, The Lugger Inn, Lostwithiel Street, The Esplanade, and the Polruan Ferry!
