As someone who was a queens eng orientation leader this year, all of that is completely optional and we make sure none of the frosh are uncomfortable at any point. Its one of the most fun weeks ive ever been a part of

just having a surface look at the wiki im doing weeks worth scheduling in my head to do all of the bars in the course of a year and boy let me tell you there isnt much time for studying

@@wearecoterminous I know, I live in NH which has lots of local maple syrup production as well, so I know second-hand how costly and time consuming it is to make from spending time with people who make it. It's just an incredible waste, wasted by idiot frat boys.

It's like some rich kid rolling up to a 3 Michelin star restaurant, ordering the full menu, then pissing all over it. It's wasteful and disrespectful to the people who worked on it.

Back in the 80s the frosh in engineering used to have to wear condoms because upper years would hit up the abattoir in the morning and toss horse/pig guts into the grease pole mire. Queen's was fucked

@@TheLibraryofLetourneau oh i forgot to mention they used to take the engineering frosh into school buses at 7:30AM to the location cause its "secret", blindfold them, crank the heat in the bus to make them delirious and also force feed them alcohol so they were drunk/at least buzzed by the time they arrived. Truly our most degenerate school and goddamnit it was also so fucking fun to go to lol
@@TheLibraryofLetourneau But also what they did was fucked up and bad and im glad they got clamped down on hard. They still do the grease pole its just a "clean" bog and no making people drunk (unless your frosh leader takes you in their personal car in which case good fucking luck)
