    I broke the 2 bolts off in the deck that holds the pulley bracket. Any suggestions how to remove them? They wouldn’t budge and they snapped flush to the deck. I can see them underneath.

    I picked up a Milwaukee hedge trimmer this year, thing is amazing honestly. I had been using my echo pas attatchment but that thing is so big when I have small bushes to do. It really kills the shoulders too. Now I use the Milwaukee battery powered trimmer and It’s way easier and faster when I have small bushes to do. I recommend it if you are ever in the market

      I keep thinking about buying the Milwaukee hedge trimmer and chainsaw since I use those tools so infrequently but I struggle to justify the cost. Was actually looking at the Bauer products from harbor freight as a cheaper alternative for a tool I use once or twice a year

    Regards to the engagement belt, how slack should that be when fully engaged? Mine is still a little loose even when adjusted to maximum if that makes sense? It's currently losing power when the blades hit the grass?

    • @TheRandyDulin
      @TheRandyDulin  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      There shouldn’t be any slack. Sounds like the belt is stretched and needs to be replaced

    Why did you not get the heavy duty replacements the first time you ordered? I'm curious due to I'm considering getting a Timemaster. I had one before but not long enough for this to happen.

    • @TheRandyDulin
      @TheRandyDulin  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      To the best of my knowledge this is an upgraded part that wasn’t available before although I believe this is actually the same kit the Turfmaster uses and apparently several of the parts from that machine can be used on the Timemaster

    I switched from the Timemaster to the Turfmaster this year because I was tired of repairing the timemaster all the time. Its a great machine but I'm just hoping the turfmaster can handle my workload a little better. Thanks for the video!

      Hey man, I have 2 Timemaster and I’ve had them for over a year, I am looking toward getting a Turfmaster, is it a good investment? Or would you stick with Timemaster ?

    • @lawnmowingmoney5015
      @lawnmowingmoney5015 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I actually went back to timemaster this year, the turfmaster is just so heavy. The Turfmaster is definitely a tougher machine, it has a much bigger gas tank (I can do about 10 lawns before needing to fill up; with the Time Master I fill up about every 3 lawns) but it is very heavy and tougher to maneuver also I found squeezing the throttle to be hard on my hands (I prefer the personal pace system as well) I'm keeping the Turfmaster as a back up because I do find that the Timemasters run into more little problems and need a lot of little repairs over time. Overall I can do the same amount of work with either one (around 15 lawns a day) but it's easier in my opinion to use the Timemaster, not to mention a lot less money!

    Last part of the video is interesting but being a lawn and landscape guy since 1987 I never envisioned middle aged men filming themselves in they're trucks spouting opinion, thoughts, and footage of everyday labor.
