No, you can also do is pre-pay your card to before the statement closing date once you so that way it’ll be reported as a lower balance

Sure, paying off is always the best course of action

Funny credit karma doesnt agree. It says “Going OK” in yellow you are using zero % of your total credit utilization. Try using between 1-10%.
When i was at 1-10 it said “Going great” in green lol. Seems like ck wants us to pay interest on our cards.
      According to the criteria
Collections & unpaid delinquient accounts dont affect score.
Just pay on time history 35%
      Utilization 30%
      AoA 15%
      Different types of credit 10%
      Inquiries 10%

So having collections doesnt have an effect on your score? Just looks bad to lenders? Got it.
Side note positive credit history stays on your record 20 years not 10 at least on transunion. Im living proof.

I do got question if you have a lot of hard inquiries dose this mean I need to wait 6 years for the hard inquiries to drop off my report. Also dose my ods of getting air having a lot of open credit cards hurt your credit because of credit mix

Don’t you mean when you really want to not really need to you don’t need to if you’re earning rewards on your if you need to and you’re doing something wrong you don’t have an emergency fund and that’s bad

Made this video a long time ago and don't fully remember but I believe I said you can get it once a year from Equifax, but wouldn't recommend that and would sooner get say Borrowell to check it periodically, as you should
