I tried to go back and look at my Downstar order and it only says M6, but doesn't give the length. There are a couple bolts about 1.25" and the rest are in the 1.5"-2" range. It will also vary some depending on how you fit your panels. They will be longer if you bolt them on as is, but you may see some gaps where the panels meet the door. I trimmed mine down so the door handles meet the panel similar to the stock setup.
