People should stop expecting AM 34 to hit 60+ goals again this year. The new regime is trying to change the culture or out scoring opponents for a more balanced style conducive to playoff hockey. We need to focus on the needs of a hive-mind attack and forget the accolades. Expect goals to be down but the team should be better prepared for April. At least that is the direction Berube wants to take them, hence why we are seeing more north south dump chase.
Totally agree. I'd rather have 2 or more rounds in playoffs than another 60 goal plus season from Matthews or 99 points from Marner. It's what's wrong with this Uber talented team

Liljegren should enjoy the weather for sure. He’ll also get a chance to play. As for Benning coming back, his old man was a Leaf draft pick in 81. In that draft the Leafs picked Benning 6th overall, but Al Macinnis went 15th to Calgary and Grant Fuhr went 7th to Edmonton. Seems Leaf’s inept Management continues today.

AM gets 50 maybe this year plus I think he is due some down time ....but he is kinda soft so maybe not
