Sad, no sound, but it is probably due to privacy issues with pilot house conversations. The relaxing sound of the water on the hull would have been nice to go along with the great video.

@@grevberg yes, but the sound of the water lapping on the bowl of the boat is music.
It’s indeed privacy reasons, there is no sound of either water or engine on the bridge of this steamship.
Is there no audio in this video? I would have liked to have heard what was going on too.
Yeah, It was just not fun without sound for me so I stopped watch.
What memories! When I was in college I worked one summer in Stockholm. My evening job was as a stagehand for the Royal Opera at Drottningholm. When we finished, sometimes I would go into town and take one of the Waxholm boats out into the archipelago. I just stayed on the boat, sitting on the deck with a beer watching the islands go by. And since this was Sweden in the summer, it was still light out. Such a cool way to unwind.

Great crossover! I did a very similar tour when I visited Stockholm in 2018 (I’m 🇦🇺, was living in 🇬🇧 at the time). It’s a beautiful way to see more of the city. People must also go see the Vasa!

By the way, I should know. I was working on the icebreaker St Erik the winter 68 we were
assisting shipping in this area. It was the last real winter in Stockholm.

Buonasera, in tanto un ottimo video.. mi dispiace che manca il suono e la voce .. cosi c`e purtroppo una atmosfera ridotta, per migliorare questo video evtl. si avrebbe potuto aggiungere una bella musica in sfondo e un commento ; anche in l'inglese con diversi spiegazioni dei luoghi.

I have looked at picture of Storskär and she has flagpole not on the bow but the captains bridge roof so it is Norrskär I am not so good on steam ships more good on modern motorvessels
