Loving the chill melancholic feels of this vid!! I am a big traveller myself and this just motivated me to start planning my travels for the rest of the year. Lucky you and Saagar have each other as travel gym bro buds. 👍
    And.. subbed! (London, UK)

Thank you, Kathleen! Glad to hear that! And yes, it's super nice to travel with someone with such a similar travel philosophy (and a fellow gym bro). Thank you for your comment! :)

Wow, you really picked some amazing places to visit. Split and Hvar are beautiful! (Except for the outside of that hostel - not so beautiful. Hope it was better on the inside!)

It was nicer on the inside! And yeah, Hvar has been one of my favorite stops.

Just the first 5 days in May! I fly out of Paris on May 5th. I wanted to extend but couldn’t afford a plane ticket out of Europe mid to late May😅

    Hey
Your trip looks fun. Whats the name of the hostel you stayed and would you recommend it?

We stayed at the En Route hostel! It was cheap, mostly clean, and had a nice kitchen. There was a big group of people there partying when we went though and that was kind of annoying on nights where we were just trying to get some sleep.

Also which euro pass did you take and how much did it cost you?

I did the “10 days within 2 months” pass! It was $369 USD. I’m a fan because you get a ton of flexibility and you can utilize it for the longer train rides. Only downside is that a lot of the high speed trains (especially in Italy) will require that you also set up a seat reservation. Usually 2-7 Euro and you use it in combination with your pass. So with that included it’s a bit more. I would recommend that you see how much it costs you to buy your trains outright and then compare that to the cost when getting the Eurail pass plus seat reservations. For me, it just worked out the best to do it this way with the 10 day pass. It was around $150 cheaper. Other thing is that once you get to Europe you can find really cheap flights, so sometimes those are better options than the train. You kind of just have to know where you’re going and if you spend a couple hours strategizing you’ll be able to do it inexpensively. Let me know if you have any other questions! :)
