You can add unripe grapes for pectin instead of store bought. Ratio of 1/4 unripe to 3/4 ripe. Jelly will be smoother consistency and spreads a lot easier. Some people use lemon juice; however, I have never tried making that way.

Freezes grapes are really nice on a hot day and a great snack. Their like ice cubes with flavor. The funny thing is everyone prefers different types of frozen grape. Some like the purple ones, like me, and some the the green ones.
For future reference if you freeze your grapes individually on a cookie sheet and then put them in a ziplock bag you can pull them out a few at a time and that way you don't have to unthaw the whole bag

That is same to me Michigan is used to cold weather not warm so when its eighty degrees out we are dying
Their heat is different though. They have next to no humidity so it sounds really hot but for some it actually might be more tolerable.
