Step 1. Place the cap on top of the tubing and pull the netting over the tube.
Step 2. Remove the cap, tie the free end of your curing net with salami twine.
Step 3. Push your produce up through the shaft of the tube.
Step 4. Cut the netting away at the bottom of your produce, tie the end closed with twine and repeat the process.
