5:10 It's always SO refreshing to see some Castle in the Sky representation at a Ghibili store! I love Kiki's and Totoro as much as the next guy, but it bums me out how much they dominate the merch department. And man, that robot head planter is GORGEOUS.
Tell me about it, my favorite ghibli film is grave of the fire flies and porco rosso, I understand not having some gotff merch but it's kinda sad how there is only 2 porco rosso merch in there
She loves Studio Ghibli so much that she even knows how to pronounce it correctly LOL
Yeah, at that point I hadn't realized I was saying it wrong lol... I've since started saying it correctly and get comments of "why are you saying it like that" lol, you can never win
Are they allergic to porco rosso? Give my boy some love dammit

I loved this store during my visit in 2014. I got this cute cutlery set based on Castle In The Sky, and a totoro pillow. I remember I ended up getting into a heated argument with another tourist who who was with her shih tzu in the store and then it ended up in a small scuffle with me and her punching eachother and I stomped on her dumb dog who kept trying to bite my legs. But other then that the store was alot of fun.
I'm in love with this place huhu, its like getting into another dimension filled with magical stuff that you can actually own...thanks for sharing us your wonderful experience❤, it makes my little Ghibli heart very happy😊😁

Thanks for uploading this is a brilliant video! I love watching videos like this but often its rushed and you can't see the items very well as people are rushing around the shop! Which is totally understandable I think I'd be the same :P
I couldn't agree more! In all of my store tour videos I try to take my time and sometimes explain the products because I also love watching these types of videos and know what I want to see in them too. I will have LOTS more Japan content & Studio Ghibli store tours coming up so stay tuned :D

I went to the Namba Ghibli shop after watching this and they didn't have the Howl's Moving Castle with the light up Calcifer. Was so disappointed, really wanted to buy it.
