One good way is even if u dont believe it is to say u love everything about you. say it out loud to people if it somehow comes up. sometimes just make small little good things about urself. like ur hairs nice or eyes are nice and as soon as one month ull feel better bout urself.

I can't quite decide how I feel about your videos. On one hand it all looks very relaxing, and the production quality is really excellent, on the other hand, something about the setup makes me feel a little uneasy? It is hard to describe.
I think i understand. The video is good, but there is just something about where the camera is placed that gets to me a little. Like i wish we had a better focus on bother her hair and back (mabey switching the position of where the camera is from the entire back to the hair from time to time). I also like the back touching more then the hair. She doesn't seem to do much with the hair besides brush it and mess with it a little bit. Maybe playing with her hair (like braiding it or something) would be better. idk these are just my personal thoughts. I do believe that the video is still a great 1 tho 🤷♀️😂👌

This reminds me of a hairdresser I had years ago. She would scratch and scrub the f out of my scalp. It was incredible! Haven't been able to find anyone that could do that before or since 😕
