Drink more water and less caffeine. Stick to fiber and protein. Sometimes our diet plays a role.

Broscience when it comes to this topic. That is good advice overall though.

This seems like a great way to clear bad blood out of the pectorals, works better than common exercise.

Glad to hear you find trigger point therapy effective for the pectoralis major! It's indeed an effective technique for improving blood flow and relieving muscle tension, often providing benefits beyond regular exercise. Remember, combining this therapy with appropriate exercises can further enhance muscle health and function. 🙏

Wow .. just squeezing that armpit seems to have helped the pain in my upper pec south of clavicle next to shoulder …. though some clicking in upper shoulder area lets see if this lasts more then a minute ?

That’s the pain I’m having now and have been for about 2 months now. When I squeeze the armpit area it feels so much better. I also have the clicking in my shoulder too.

i have a lump that feels like a tearing pain when i bench press right about that area on my left chest. is the lump the trigger point. will a trigger point cause pain when bench pressing?

@@kikobiko3 pretty sure it was just a strain. years of the muscle not getting stimulated due to rotator cuff tear. when I started benching again after building the rotator cuff muscles back up the pec was lagging behind the shoulders putting too much stress on the pec. so I cut out bench for a couple of weeks and did some stretching exercises like assisted dips and it went away.
