Bad take for some of these things. When Lynn was DC at UCLA, they were a top 15 overall defense. The year before Lynn got to UCLA, they were a top 100 or so defense. Lynn now coaches at USC and has perhaps better a supporting cast of coaches there than he did at UCLA. There will be a definite night and day difference for defense. So it has nothing to do with not having faith in Riley's defense this year, but rather the unknown with a new defensive coaching staff. The same could be said for LSU, who got a new DC. So if you want to make a prediction, fine. At least do better in presenting the various variables to explain why you chose one team over another. I don't care if you're biased, but at least be honest with your take, even if it goes against your bias.

I take exception to your comment that CLR left OU because of the elevated competition in the SEC. So allow me this schooling by first asking, was PAC-12 the best conference in the land, last year in 2023? Also, does it matter which school CLR jumps to because the expectation is the Natty? Let me tell you the real reason why he jumped ship at OU. Could it be because OU does not have the wherewithal to be competitive in the SEC, recruiting-wise? OU does not have a wealth of in-state talents anymore ... but USC does not have that problem since at least 4 to 5 So-Cal high schools are ranked in the national Top 15 each year. Additionally, SC can compete w/ any school in terms of NIL money. Just as in the NFL, the QB position is vital to a team's success, and that is why they get paid $50 million/year ... so how much NIL did Caleb make at USC ... how about $10 million!
USC getting Lynn was a good hire. Problem is Bennie Wiley is still their S&C coach. When your players are getting pushed all over the field the scheme means nothing. Wiley can make any coach look bad.

Buddy do a little more in depth research and have notes not knowing who Brian Thomas is makes me not want to watch the video tbh as a fan I look for people more knowledgeable about the sport than I to watch videos from to try and gain. No hate just hoping to help.
