This is our 1st Vizsla and can say without dought the best dog we have had, and we have had some amazing ones. Never knew about them until our Rex came into our lives, brilliant, smart, loving etc etc
he passed 7 years ago - so no need to any longer. Do it was a real treat - vet, had to sedate - he was a rescue so we loved him and didn't try to create any undo stress.
What I admire is how strong the characteristics are in the breed. Vizlas all have an identical character. Mine talks to us all day.

I always start with a “are we having a conversa- and then she interrupts me with a barrage of barks
MY DOG IS A VISZLA AND HE LITERALLY CUDDLES AND SCREAMS AT ME AT THE SAME TIME

Vizslas are so communicative - we are having discussions with our Vizsla girl often like this! :-)
I have two Vizslas they love to bark ,their good watch dogs!
My vizsla pup does this same thing if I tell her no. She whine like a little kid throwing a fit...
I’ve had 4 vizslas, and all of them have been very vocal. I wonder why this is?
