You first have to get online, praying someone is both still playing this somehow AND have the Devil's Gift to infect you with, and once you're infected, the extremely difficult Duel Race mode is unlocked. You'll first have to defeat the Crinale in 3 different tracks like as shown here, and after that, you can finally tackle the Archangel as shown here. It's heavily recommended that you use your team's VIP times and setups to get you through the first 2 laps easily, depending on you to not mess it up at the last lap.
