Just one query... can these be made in advance and freezed before frying, for later use . What will its shelf life then be. Please advise.

So glad you all loved it. Yes, you can make ahead and freeze them. You can freeze them for about 2 weeks.
Once ready place them on a tray, keep distance from each other, and place in freezer for 1 to 2 hours till they harden up, so that they don't stick to each other. Then place them in air tight box or zip lock pouches and freeze again for further use.
