I'm a clean cook🙈 can't help it, I put away every ingredient I'm done with right away and then wipe down immediately and clean the equipment.😂 It seems so nice to be able to stay at home, and care for the house and work from home at the same time.

I’m a neat freak and I love baking. I am extremely organized and clean I put away as I use the ingredients. I get anxious if there is a mess I can’t help it. 😂

I'm an in between messy and clean cook. The apple cake and the roast looked really good! I get a pot roast and mix a can of cream of mushroom soup and a packet of dry onion soup together. I poke holes in the roast and put a half clove of garlic in each hole. Then I spread the soup mixture over the roast like frosting it. I cook it in the crock pot and it's delicious! So moist and good. I'm with Johnny...no Kombucha for me! I enjoyed seeing you guys today and seeing what you're up to. Have a great week end!
Bella has beautiful eyes and face markings. 💙 Roast, potatoes, and carrots is my fave meal. I've learned over the years the best tasting roast is simply liberal salt and pepper to taste. Sweet and simple. When I add potatoes and carrots, I add onion powder, garlic powder, and italian seasoning.

I'm actually planning to encourage, and flat out insist, that my cousin takes on cooking and baking as her new hobby, instead of horseback riding, because the former are LESS risky and quite satisfying, especially when serving delicous food and treats to those we care about. ^^ Hehe
I feel like what I'm making determines whether I have moments to clean or just clean afterwards. It's all has to get clean anyway, whether I have lots to clean or not so much. 🤷♀️ The cake looked delicious btw.
When I cook, I clean as I am prepping and as I am cooking so that the only dish I have to clean when I am done eating is the plate/bowl and utensil I use when eating. It’s kind of obsessive-compulsive but I like it. 😎
The only way I can get myself to do this is if I fill a dishpan totally full with hot soapy water before I start. It's really nice in the moment to drop in dirty utensils and see them disappear! And cleaning can be done later lol!!
I don’t consume sugar except occasionally almond milk sweetened with dates or perhaps chocolate sweetened with honey. I do however, have kombucha more regularly. My favourites are two brands that make Jun kombucha which is fermented using honey. Otherwise my go to is typically GT’s because I like they now ferment using kiwi juice vs cane sugar. As someone who doesn’t drink alcohol, kombucha is a definite treat.
I have heard that Aldi has been widening their organic options but when I went home to the suburbs of Chicago, I stopped in an Aldi and there wasn’t much available that was organic. I like buying organic and I find Trader Joe’s is pretty good pricing.
Actual OCD or type A? Just curious... My OCD sometimes manifests in cleanliness... Takes me 1.5 hours to do the dishes because I'm rinsing a lot. Takes my husband 15 minutes... 😭

Jordan Peterson, a clinical psychologist, said that to have a nice date, you ought to talk problems out and solve them, negotiate them etc, then you can enjoy the date. He has very nice advice on marriage. I'd encourage you to watch his videos on that together, it may help you! :)
