First minute? I’m blown away by your accurate, extremely personable voice. I saw the Space Party tour in Philadelphia in 1973, I believe with Man as support. I was 17. I’m still a fan that many years later. There’s a camaraderie when you meet someone who’s a Hawkwind fan unlike any other musical group.
I find it amazing that, 50 years after the release of the seminal "Space Ritual" album, this band sounds so fresh and vital and energised. The music being played here sounds so wonderful even coming from my little phone speakers. This TH-cam channel honours the band and the fans by presenting material in the best way possible. @@druid6722 we had a plumber round doing some stuff before we left for the festival, we mentioned we were seeing hawkwind.. first band he'd seen, when he was 17... So about 50yrs. They were so good, they're coming back :D
