I got mine in October a couple years ago. It was Halloween night and I was excited to see it on my door step. I brought it in, opened the box, and right when I took out the clam shell, I saw SG's tip of the tail was popped off. I did not even fiddle with it yet and that was the first thing I saw. So I took it out of the clam shell and I found that his tip can only stay on at certain poses. I was kind of disappointed by that. Yet, it is still a good figure. I still play with it from time to time.
You can fix that joint so it does not come off as easily. Get yourself some FUTURE floor polish. Apply a light coat, let it dry, and reinsert. Should help you!
nice video review Steven. Enjoyed it! I liked the use of the flashlight to show the translucence. I also like how you separate your video segments with a text intro. Good job. :) I will check out your Mewtwo vid next.
Its cool how they manage to not make it accurate to the suit, yet still make it amazing. Very hard to do. S.H. MonsterArts has done this with Godzilla 2000 as well. But the third time they did that *cough* 2014 *cough* it was a disaster.
Switch Board yeah, back when they released new sculpts, with accessories and actually cared about the figures. Now they shoot out web exclusives every direction :( and repaints
Hey are those custom effect pieces in the title of your sh monsterarts spacegodzilla. If you don't know which ones I mean I'm saying the electric things on the giant shoulder crystals of spacegodzilla
Don't have this figure yet, though now that I've watched your review, I really want to add this figure to my S.H. MonsterArts collection. I have 1 question. In the beginning of your video you have a Space Godzilla diorama. Where did you get the buildings? Did you make these yourself?
ocwindwolf Hey, good for ya! Try to get it at a decent price. As for the buildings, yes, I made them, and I have a tutorial on how to do so here th-cam.com/video/RWjJ87kacWw/w-d-xo.html
