As per my knowledge they don't allow you to meet your family after checking due to security reasons but sometimes CISF security forces allow
If we request something urgent, like returning something that can't be taken on the flight, or if we want to take money or something else from a family member, they will let you see them again.

1- When I went to Dubai, I went on a visiting visa. I Passed the E gate. But many who had visiting visas they were unable to go.
2- Depends on the passenger . If you are a frequent traveler, they won't ask any kind of questions. They did not ask me any kind of questions. I heard the immigration officers asking some questions like -why are you going. Where are you going? Who are you going to visit. these kinds of questions? What is the purpose of visiting Dubai?
3-Yes, two thousand or more cash on hand is always good. If we go there to meet our family members who are father, brother or husband in Dubai, there is unlikely to be any major problem.

They will let us go through E gate first and only if that doesn't work they will let us go to the immigration officer. I managed to go through this gate and I also went on a tourist visa.
