Tried to adjust the zero point of my 4-day old DF64P. The latest version is even easier to disassemble; the bottom cover is just flat, not tray-like. But most of your video still helped. Thanks!
Used this video twice now on my DF64P and it works fine. A bit fiddly yes, but at least one can achieve the objective. Just be careful snd don't rush anything. Have the right size tools for the screws and the main bolt. It's more awkard than it is difficult, but how many grinders allow you the access to make these adjustments? I'd hazard, not many.
Hi! I followed this video and at first it worked fine however suddenly my zero point went from around 3-4 all the way to 20/30 with one grind to the next. I adjusted again, made sure everything was tight and this keeps happening. Now my disk is reaching zero further and further to the left. How can I fix?
None of these videos are helpful with later Turin shipments which have glued the bolts in place. The lever will snap if you try to hold it in place to loosen the bolt. These are bricked machines.

Our grinders don't have those glued together. The bolts are just very tight. I usually use two wrenches to get those loose.
