    Good video. However, there is one point that nobody ever seems to bring up when discussing customer service in restaurants. Separate checks. Customers who never waited tables are unaware how a request for individual separate checks for a party of 4 or more people can completely stifle service to the other tables in that server's section. The best waiter in the world is rendered completely useless if a table wants 10 or more separate checks. I wish owners were more sensitive to this.

      you can set up the playback to 0.75, it can help :)
