Feeling: physically a bit tired, tight jaws, a wee bit of a headache, a bit of apprehension, started up with therapy again, and with it, misery revisits. Sigh... grateful for the trees in our garden, the flowers blooming, the foothills, and the sea.
My friend forwarded this to me today as we await The Storm to pass by offshore in a few hours. I'm on the Southeast Gulf Coast of Florida. Perfect timing! I loved your meditation and imagery....forever my hands to be small solar panels. You shared many unique images . I agree, it's often the bringing together which is paramount over the teachings & techniques. The connections, the space between us isn't empty, it's most powerful, isn't it? Thank you so much. A day filled with many travelers, and very glad to be home at last. People can be rather wearing. Tiny island off the coast of Washington is an excellent refuge from the world. Wishing health and joy to all in the circle.
