Also more importantly the hole in the wall places sometimes may not look clean or fancy. But the food is just damn good&thats the main reason why U go:) Also another sign they R good is cause they have been open for yrs so U know its a great place:)

so why dont you have the other guy you are with film while you are taking your bite of your taco or burger? I see you on the burger wars that you would say you are eating your burger like a taco because you are holding the camera. well...why dont you let the other guy hold the camera? love the vids but i think it would be better if they filmed you while you were eating. keep up the good work.
From my personal experience the best damn places R the family run businesses that have been making their traditional foods since they were young children.The BEST places are not the fancy looking joints & are usually the hole in the wall places that look&smell for authentic..lol.Also U noticed the prices are priced WAY better. Realistically Tacos shouldnt be expensive cause the ingredients are cheap.If U see alot of Mexicans eating in the place U know ur in the BEST spot :)

you are so wrong. Taqueria La Fiesta is in Santa Ana. That's the most hispanic you're going to get. without crossing the border. How about the taco truck or El Fortin. Dude, you need to do your homework before slamming the show.
You guys are so frickin lucky to have such a variety of good taco places around you. I could drive 3 hours and the best i'm gonna do is Taco Bell. Everyone puts cheap ground beef, iceburg lettuce, bland salsa and cheap cheese in their tacos.

I honestly Judge this way: Mexican Food by their salsa. Italian Food by their Pasta Sauce. Chinese Food by their Orange Chicken. Middle Eastern Food by their Falafel. If these items are amazing then the restaurant is almost always great

After watching this video though I have a few qucik words of advice when and if you decide to go to a place of business and not only make a fool of yourself but display your ignorance on the different techniques and ways to make food absolutly delicous without going to a tacorria or mexican market that "unlocks cell phones" which by the way is illegal

After all they ARE an "ASYLUM" they offer different varities and twist on the tradional taco. there not out to be the next albertos and thats why people go there... so my advice being is.. maybe next time,try not to come off so ignorant when eating at a location that offers varity other than carne asada and maybe do some research so you will know what your digesting.. or maybe even have a positive attitude after all a poor diet shouldnt follow through with a poor attitude
