The 5th Shri S.R.N. Mudiraj Inter-School Basketball Tournament 2024-25 for boys and girls was proudly hosted by our school in honor of our beloved Founder Chairman, Late Shri S.R.N. Mudiraj sir. This event not only celebrates the legacy of this visionary leader but also promotes the spirit of sports and holistic development among young athletes. The tournament aims to promote teamwork, discipline and sportsmanship while providing a platform for students to display their basketball skills.
We were privileged to have Ms. Sofi Sam, an International Basketball Player and a National Basketball Champion, as our distinguished Chief Guest. Her presence was an honor. In her address, she shared insightful words, reminding everyone that in sports, every match is an opportunity to grow. She emphasized the importance of playing with passion, integrity and sportsmanship and encouraged all participants to rise above challenges and strive for excellence.
It also brought together many skilled athletes, experienced coaches and professional referees who play a key role in the success of this outstanding event. The tournament was declared open by the Chief Guest, the balloons were set off and the whistle was blown for the inaugural match, setting the tone for exhilarating matches that follow.
