Hack you can use a hot flat iron to sealed the plastic bag Just make sure you keep it only one a second each time.

You will find it in e-commerce sites flipkart or Amazon... However, would suggest you to get better quality than this.

You did not perform an AIR-TIGHT test! To test if the bag gets FULLY sealed you need to just sqeeze the bag (there is always some air inside) and see if any inside air escapes
