1 tsp carrom seeds
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tsp dry pomegranate powder
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp fenugreek leaves
Water as required
1 tbsp Desi ghee
white butter
1/2 cup onion chopped
2 green chilies chopped 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves
Mint leaves
1/2 tsp nigella seeds
1 tsp white sesame seeds

aapne jaise dough ko haath se spread kiya usse gujarati mei thepli bolte hain ... thepli ka matlab hota hai poultice ... gujarati paratha ke maafik shallow fried roti banate hai usko thepla bolte hai ... ho sakta hai thepla jab invent hua tab usko haath se spread karte thay ... bahut baar herbal medicines daal ke koi skin condition ko treat karne ke liye aisi poultice banate hai aur gujarati mei usko thepli (agar chhoti size ki hui toh) bolte hai ... aap bhi isko thepli bol sakte hai kyunki ye chhoti hai ... gujarati translated books on ayurved use this word with this meaning ... what do they say in hindi for poultice?
