Surfing TH-cam and what pos up. Boy have we expanded the facility. The major thing is how many of the folks have been back and become friends. Roy is an awesome teacher and a true friend of ours
Awesome class. So many techniques that are useful in other projects as well as these ornaments. Thank you Mr. Roy for taking time to share your knowledge. Thank you Ms. Jessica for taking your time to support Roy and do the filming and editing. To often a job less considered as we watch. 🙏blessed be yall now Crawford out 🧙♂️
Absolutely - the scrolling work was tough, but the doors you open up from that are endless from what I can see! I hope you make it back to quadstate 2020!

I've been at this journey since April of 2019. I took my first in-person class with the Brazeal Brothers... and followed that up with this class with Roy. Completely different classes but I've learned a TON from both. Stop thinking about it, just do it. The videos can help for sure, but nothing can replace hands on learning with a experienced smiths in the room. Unsung hero here is Jamie Gier. An extremely accomplished smith who has also taught me a lot, but is an extremely gracious host and most humble dude I've met in a long time. Thanks Roy, Jess and Jamie - I hope we can do it again soon!
Awesome. Just started experimenting with my home made forge and anvil. It's NOT as easy as it looks, but it sure is as fun as it looks. Happy Christmas guys and have a wonderful 2020.
Hey Roy, congrats on the 50 k mark!! Big milestone for you. Every one deserved too Great video too y'all 🙏 Blessings to you and Ms Jess Crawford out ⚒️🧙♂️
Basically, it's set just about right to grip the material, with barely a twist of the vice bar. It's a great practise to get into, when working on a project, to save time and heat. 😀👍

trying to save up to buy myself and my dad a class with you, didn't realize you still went to OH from time to time!
I missed the first bit of the live stream so I was glad to confirm the icicles. I also liked the fuller on the candy cane
That looked like a fun class. Hope you guys have a wonderful Christmas and New Year 👍
Hay I made about 20-30 Roycicle's for this chrismass
I did not see that the first time. Jess is forging !!!
Need a couple magnets on that anvil.
No Way! Right in my neck of the woods and I missed it 😢
Re-re-re-watching. How long is the stock for each of the projects?
Jess is there a drawing of what he is going took make on the end?
What did you mean when you said you pre prepped your vice?
