That's a very good routine! I must say I seldom sanitize my eyeshadows and haven't had any issues until now, but I definitely should, at least the shimmers that I usually apply with my (clean) fingers 😅 The mattes I wouldn't dare spraying alcohol on though, but they have less oils in their formula to begin with. Also I don't think spraying creams would be a good idea, it would mess with the formula for sure 😊
Great video topic. I always clean my eyes again before applying makeup. I also never touch my eyes with my hands. I know for people who use their fingers to apply eyeshadow or do swatches that won’t work, but i just can’t do that. I also store my makeup by date received and throw it out after a certain amount of time. Also, when receiving a package, I’d never open the box and put the eyeshadows in a palette without cleaning my hands first before touching the product.

I tried alcohol on cream eyeshadows before and it didnt turn out good 😬 alcohol melted them 🥲
Omg that sounds horrible! I never tried alcohol on cream before because I had a feeling it wouldn't work, and now I'm definitely not going to try it 😂

Those are great habits!! I would love to just apply shadows with brushes but I end up losing the impact on my lids 😭

I spray all powders! Both shimmers and mattes. I personally have never had any issues, but I've heard some people say that it messed up their mattes!
