Mild stimulation worked for me. Much better than Hugh dose protocols. I got 2 euploid embryos at age 40 using this protocol after 2 cancelled cycles on high dose. One of those 2 embryos is now my beautiful 10 month old daughter.

When the results seen say that mini-ivf produces less eggs but of a much better quality; standard high dose IVF produces much more eggs but most if not all of bad quality, I think the sense of reasoning is clear -exactly as nature has determined. Why would you produce a dozen of bad quality eggs just to get 1 baby, which is the actual goal. Only 1 good egg is needed for a baby, not 12 bad. Additionally, yes, it is cheaper: regular IVF 7000 euros in Europe. Mini IVF 3000. It looks to me half of the price and that is hope for many woman with more limited income. This obsession with getting tones of eggs I think is the first problem and bigger mistake in the IVF treatment approach. Eventually, the ovaries get fried, running of eggs, a lot of toxicity for the body which will deteriorate further the woman body and any other eggs if left, and the solution offered, as only hope, is egg donation. Not a wise strategy.
New Hope and RFC do low stims protocols letting people believe that it’s the only option for low AMH patients in their 40s. Can you please speak on that?

Is it true that with IVF- too much medication to get as many eggs as possible- reduces egg quality? And that too much IVF medication - may make normal eggs abnormal? Wouldn't Mini-IVF be better for some women?

sjogren's syndrome and ivf? Is there a way to prevent miscarriages? Or am I better off using a surrogate?
