    This mnemonic sketch helps medical students memorize the typical presentation of Patau syndrome, or trisomy 13. This syndrome is characterized by rocker-bottom feet, microphthalmia, microcephalic, cleft lip/palate, holoprosencephaly, polydactyly, cutis aplasia, congenital heart (pump) disease, polycystic kidney disease and omphalocele.

    I thought rocker bottom feet are in trisomy 18 ; Edwards syndrome
