"That thing is nasty" What a difference that rotor and big screen has made, that is the fastest I've seen logs and stumps fly through any grinder- period. It's like small green harvested pine going through a big chipper! The Rotochopper guys certainly know how to make a C32 earn it's diesel! Absolutely awesome machine now perfectly suited to your operation. How will this rotor affect teeth wear do you think?
72, retired, i watch a lot of YT vids and yours are up there in entertainment/interesting/etc. great camera shots, real events, good background music. i see a future Mr Digg video production unit sponsored by GoPro and Rotochopper. that machine is a beast. 1200 HP at how many RPM ? love that windshield cage. Brandon is an excavator wizard, nice touch.
I got love and respect for a guy that gets excited about this kind of work you know he didn't just do it for money he does it cuz he enjoys doing this kind of work and I like that shit I respect the hell out of it That's a real man right there bud that's that's what the American dream is right there folks a guy that takes what he does and perfects it and enjoys it All positive vibes bud God bless you and yours from have a Merry Christmas
Awesome video...that machine is a beast! Machines break down (and it's not the operator's fault) but he didn't seem very apologetic for letting that happen. At least you know to keep a large broom and pitch fork for future jams.
Great job happy new year and merry Christmas 👍🏻 love how you wiped the camera off 9:31 love the camera angle 11:22 love the shadow love how you said yay cut to commercial 😂 14:41 love the music and love how Brandon looked at his finger and how he put his hat on backwards love how you said I’m probably going to cuss and six. and a half hours later 😂 love the slow motion and your face expression when the chunk of the wood came flying and how you said almost lost another go pro and how you said love it
Hey Ryan !!! WOW !!!! Thought the chopper was a goner when the conveyor belt got blocked up !!! Good the machine shut itself down in time NOT to hurt it !!! Anyhows ,, Again "HAPPY HOILDAYS "" to ALL & ""STAY SAFE "" out there !!! 🎄🎄🥳🥳👍👍👍👍👍
I Used To Work For A Company Called Homer Ind. We Used Tub Grinders For The First Grind In The Process, Then Use Grinders Like Yours For Second And Third Grinds And Coloring! We Did Have A 500,000 Cubic Yard Pile Catch Fire From Spontaneous Combustion!! It Took Days To Put The Fire Out!! Remember To Turn Your "PILES" Over!! Later Brother, Peace-Out!!
@@TheRealMrDiGGIt sure was packed solid in the chamber, man oh man 🫣 And on the last day.... Wauw yes she is a beast, chewing through all that big stuff
When you guys were cleaning out the back chamber, since the machine eats more logs, it appears that the cut-outs in the plate past the rotor that regulates feed to the conveyer needs to be opened up more to be able to handle the excess.
Definitely one of my top 2025 all time favorite videos I could write a book how I’m impressed how that thing handles full size trees till next time catch you on the next one.
As a sawmill owner I am saddened watching saw ligs go to chip, but man is it impressive! Seems to really balance feed and recover time, just from the video the machine overall seems to be set up pretty good.
Adding a hydraulic clearing ram to the area that overfills and jams would make freeing the back-up much easier and more importantly safer and faster. If this was my betta test final test bed for this grinder I would add this capability to the machine, I'm sure that my customers would appreciate an assisted cleanout process whenever chamber overloaded and needed to be freed of debris. That machine would not take long to pay for itself if a company could keep it busy at least 4 hours a day. WOW!!! Black is a rightous color as this equipment is really a "Deathstar" for organic materials. Ray Stormont
Ryan aka Mr. Digg, you need this RotoChopper, maybe it just isn't in the budget, but it sure is impressive. With that thing you could keep the whole southeast in mulch. Besides, it's fun to watch.
That machine is a beast. It always blows my mind how many saw logs you turn into woodchips but if there is a demand for woodchips and not saw logs... I get it.
Best comment has come from Brandon today it's Dummy proof 😂😂😂😂 had me rolling yet i. The back of Ryan mind and I'm sure Rotochopper engineering is laughing at the big Dummy that plugged it tighter than the hubs of Hell earlier that day 😂😂😂😂
Don’t feel bad we do that with our regular wood chippers all the time plug them up. It’s a pain in the neck other than that that machine is very impressive. Thanks.
Mr. digg looks like they come up with a perfect combination on the cutterhead. Let them ponies eat as always enjoy your videos. I know you hate to see that machine go God bless. Stay safe.
Very awesome content. I look forward to all the interesting things that go on at William"s C&D Landfill. By the way, if you haven't been to Dominca yet, be ready to party. Punta Cana is just one big party. Be careful, crime is pretty bad. Looking to next Mr. Digg video.
next time you do a grinder video can you try to put the max size in to see the difference between that one and your red one thank you for sharing your video see you on the next one
Are tub grinders obsolete now? You don’t see many of them around on jobs anymore either. Next time throw that remote at the operator before you let him clog it up. 😂
The thing is you get brush on the teeth put a log in to clear it out like we did at tree company to keep everything clean you ever thought of getting ahold of Vermeer they got big machines that do that they chip stuff up for the city here i was told to try out new addition to the machine another great video mr digg
Thanks for putting Black Beauty to the test!!💪
i think rotochopper needs to install one of those new drums on your unit for promotion haha
Gonna pin this comment so maybe they'll see it! lol ..............ROTOCHOPPER?????

Hi Ryan, black beauty is one impressive beast of a machine. Thanks for the video. Best wishes from Scotland. Colin
She definitely has a really big appetite impressive much love and respect thanks for sharing
She eats logs for breakfast! Thanks for watching!
People are definitely going to steal clips from this video and repost them in shorts. Some good grinding action in this video.
That machine is unbelievable
Mr Digg I enjoy your videos with the rotochoppers. Your content is enteresting. Im viewing from TAMPA BAY FLORIDA USA 💪 🇺🇸💪
Appreciate the viewership from Tampa Bay!
Thank you ROTO CHOPPER
They make a great machine!
@ The Best
That thang is a BEAST!
It is quite amazing how fast that thing chomps trees of that size. I don't think I've ever seen a grinder do that well before
Glad I LOGGED on to watch this new video
Great video as always
Would a go pro survive the new rotor😂😂😂
not gonna try to find out! lol
HOLY CRAP WOT A BEAST

Now, if they can come up with a way to help with the occasional constipation. 😊😊😊😊

I'm surprised nobody can use the logs for building wood.

That thing is a beast, 50k for the channel is right around the corner !
we're close!!
It looks like they've given the feed system some real finesse for backing off as the drum slows down, but only as far as necessary.
Great video Ryan!!
Thanks!
Love your videos! Would love to see more videos of working at the sand mine!
We will get to the sand mine soon!

Well that sure made for great viewing bro, it is an awesome machine with plenty of room inside if it clogs up. Safe travels y'all. Ken.
Appreciate it, Ken!
Wow that's one heck of a shredder, it's going through those logs as if they were toothpicks 😮
its crazy how strong that machine is!

yes

That chipper is insane...
A time lapse of the brush pile would be cool
The operational cost per hour has to be eye opening. The repair cost alone wow
Now that's a beauty beast Brandon what you do man default
Dangit Bobby!!
lol
good job you fix it yea
the only reason the chopper stopped was because of user error, we could see the belt was backing up so it should have been cleared
That machine is awesome! What is a guess on the fuel consumption for a day of heavy work? And Hello from Texas
Ryan you going have be a good boy all next year so Santa will bring you this Behemoth of a machine I'm not sure he can fit it in this year 😂😂😂
Need that new rotor design in your Rotochopper
There is no sensor on that chute when it's backing up?
nope!
That machine will eat that stuff up, you're going to have to invest in one for sure
As a operator point, you would be a tired ass end of the day running that beast!!! she'll eat no doubt 😊
Watching that machine grab logs and suck them in faster than the feed belt is insane. A GoPro wouldn’t stand a chance in there 😂
lol
Hey Ryan don't the machine have a reverse to back the debris out also they need a articulating conveyor for the debris would also help out.

Does that belt run backwards like a MORBARK ? That really helps when they clog.
A most impressive machine it just eats everything it just a hell of a chopper Dat for sure

Would Rotochopper's DK shredder be able to handle those stumps, or are you stuck using a splitter attachment? Sad to see that beauty go!
yes with the addition of hooks
