it's definitely one of our favourite gyms, especially if your at a pretty port or on a sunny sea day

Is there a bench for flat barbell bench press?
sadly I don't recall there being any barbell equipment, only the benches and weights for dumbbell press and other dumbbell related excercises
Is the gym in Kg or Lbs?
It's in KG's which made it much easier for me to set up each piece of kit to get straight in to ot
