1.know everything about your partner before you get married..if not don't even take a step to enter it.
2. Know your partner's numbers and on top of that know at least for one or two more people. You never know who your enemy can be.
3. Leave information .. about where you're going and who you're going with. Not to everyone but at least your best friend and other important people in your life not to forget family.
4. Be cautious and vigilant whenever you sense something weird about your surrounding. If best call family or other people before things get worse... you can be saved in time.

Most of our African cultures definitely need to be revoked and replaced based on the fact that they implemented by people from a total different time with a different knowledge. The emphasis should be put on the most valuable and beautiful part of our cultures. On the other hand, there is one crucial aspect here which is to ensure to run all background checkings on your partner before engaging into any relationship.

Since i started dating my boyfriend,have constantly been asking deep traditional questions,to avoid stories dat touches d heart.. Since my friend married one guy from one state in the west and when she gave birth she had to eat food made without salt,oil or pepper for 7 days ,as a new mum o, she did not even know until she gave birth and her mother inlaw came, they say failure to do it her baby will not walk😮😮😮😮
