    Funny...I completely agree with you, and can go a step further.... I have five of the MTP-1302 watches: Red, Brown, Champagne, Purple and the "Tiffany" Blue. And, it's really funny: everytime I take one of them out of my box to wear, it's typically only on my wrist for an hour or two before I swap to a different watch. Why? Well, there's a few things. First, I don't really jive with the fluted bezel. I can't explain it, it just doesn't work well for me. Second, the band tends to be more of a hair-grabber than most of my other watches. Third, the clasp - it's just cheap, cheaper than the rest of the watches overall quality. Fourth, the markers are pressed, not applied markers...again just makes the watch feel and look cheaper than it should. And finally: a hot take - the "Tiffany" blue dial is actually the worst one out of the line. If you line it up next to the rest of them, the sunburst finish is just so much nicer on them than it is the blue dial.
    I also own both of the Lineage watches: the black and white versions. I skipped the one with the numbers as I don't like the way they are cut off by the LCD. IMO - the LCD could have been done better. I am waiting for the newer panel that has started appearing on some of the G-Shocks to make it's way to the rest of Casio's line of AniDigi watches. Hopefully then they will be able to shrink the LCD panel a bit, make them look cleaner and more integrated into the watches.
    But with all the functionality of the Lineage watches (dual time zone, solar, stop watch, alarm, Multiband syncing), not to mention the higher quality details (applied markers, the weight, etc) it's basically a no-brainer.

      Sounds like we agree on a lot of things. While I don't have other versions to compare with, I think the other colors you mention would look great on the wrist. I believe there are other "Tiffany" blue models from Casio that are better, but this was all the hype so I got one. 😄
      I also hate when the display cuts off the 6. Drives me crazy when I see that. 😆

      @@thissmallwrist Yeah, the AQ230 also comes in the Tiffany blue -- I have that one, along with a bunch of other colors in the AQ230 line. The story is (basically) the same. A lot of the other colors look better than the Tiffany blue IMO. I think the reason I rate it lower than the other colors is the loss of the sunburst finish. Without that finish you don't get as much light play with the hands and markers. I know that the Tiffany blue is supposed to be more elegant, but it just loses next to the others.
      Hopefully you saw the email I sent you where I mentioned the LCW-M170, which has numbers on the dial without cutting them off. I'm convinced that there are a lot of watches out there that maybe people who follow Casio Fan Mag religiously know about -- but no one else does. ;)

    Out of the Casio Tiffany dials, I ended up getting the Edifice EFRS108D-2BV. It's a little more money, but its a lot more watch. The hype on the 1302 was fun to watch though, and I kind of wish I had picked one of them up.

      Yeah, the S108 is a little small and flat, at least on my wrist. I think the B145 in the light blue is probably the way to go.

    Can you review Mtp B145d.
    Really want to see the size on your wrist.😊

      That watch has been on my radar for a while. I like it, especially the pink color.

    I just ordered the mtp one but in grey, will it look good ? I got it for about ₹2400 (~28 USD)

      Great price. Under $30 is great.

    How is this even a comparison? The MTP isn't even in the same league as the LCW. I have both and the MTP is just a cheap watch that looks cheap.

      I don’t want to sound mean, but i think you’re missing the point of this comparison. It’s not meant to be objective and it seems to me it’s just for fun :)

      @iampun33t หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @ClaudioPulito No, I get the point of the video and yours as well. I just mean that 2 watches of the segment/style/price should've been out together. Maybe something like 2 Titanium watches, or 2 anadigi watches or 2 watches with funky colored dials.

      @@iampun33t your point is valid for sure. anyway, we don't make the rules here! 😂

      Thanks for the comment. This series will last all month and it's really just for fun. In other matchups, it's really not a fair comparison, but that's the fun in it. Being able to juxtapose two watches that most may not compare is interesting.
