    You generate awesome videos, but the real value added will come when you post a link with downloadable databases, so that we can access them and work with your pace simultaneously.

    We call this ' a tic mark

      I would call ' a quote mark. And I would call " a speech mark or a double quote mark

      ' is usually called a single quote. And as Brad shows, single quotes come in pairs.
      " is usually called a double quote. Double quotes also come in pairs. Like the animals on Noah's ark.
