This level is pretty good but also extremely deceptive in how difficult it is. I think this pays really nice tribute to Woogi and Colorful Overnight with Metalface's own spin on it and it actually manages to be really interesting and engaging for something that is 1.9 styled but sadly some of the design choices it goes for make the difficulty and consistency of this to be pretty frustrating at times. The visibility in this level is pretty poor and there are a ton of dark spikes and ground designs together with transparent decoration that will have you question what you even died to a lot. There are also some issues with the duals being asymmetrical (with 2.2 also having some fault in this) where one of your icons will die to something and you won't even notice it. All of this combined with a VERY difficult first half (20% wave and the cube after in particular) makes it extremely hard to be consistent at and the second half isn't even much easier, with chokepoints like 58%, the dual wave, the ufo and wave from 68% to 73% and the ridiculously chokable ending. You'd think I dislike this level after saying all of this but I barely raged on it despite not being consistent for literal days from 0 and I honestly think the gameplay is fun, just too hard for its own good. I learned this level in April originally but I got sidetracked by uni and other things and I came back to it after beating Untitled Unmastered, I got 81% really quickly but then got stuck and only managed to start being consistent from 0 around 2 days ago. My luck wasn't very good but at least I didn't die at the ending very much, with 87% twice and a pretty unfortunate 96% death. I took 14835 attempts on this and my fails past 65% were: 6%, 67% x3, 68% x3, 69%, 70%, 71%, 72% x2, 73% x3, 79% x3, 80%, 81% x3, 87% x2 and 96%.
This completion was done on 144hz 480fps (2.2)
