The budeo cab still work with the headcanon lol. I think he knows a normal amount of slang due to existing although maybe some more due to rosie. You could also HC he just refuses to use it and pretends he doesn't know what shit means as a way to creep people out and his genuine hatred for new stuffm

From experience, the brain and the liver have similar textures. It's just that the brain is more moist and the liver is more dry. Brain tastes good with bread and liver tastes good with rice. The heart tastes good with both.
personally, i like the blood vessels. they can be a pain to extract, but the spaghetti-like dish is well worth it.

The majority of the brain is created with fat. Bottom, on the other hand, is created with a lot of muscle, therefore butt should technically be a tastier option.
